I. Product Overview
The KSD305 series thermostat is a 3/4-inch bimetallic snap-action disc thermostat that uses a temperature-sensitive bimetallic disc to achieve rapid contact action. When the temperature reaches the preset value, the bimetallic disc snaps instantaneously, causing the contacts to quickly connect or disconnect the circuit through a mechanism, thus providing safety protection or temperature control for electrical appliances.
This product offers three optional configurations: automatic reset, manual reset, and single-action fuse (one-time protection), which can flexibly adapt to the safety and control needs of different application scenarios.

V. Installation Method
Installation method: You can choose airflow type (duct installation) or surface mount type installation according to your needs.
Precautions:
- When using surface mount technology, ensure that the temperature sensing surface is in close contact with the controlled surface. If necessary, apply thermal grease.
- Do not deform or collapse the cover during installation, as this may affect performance.
- To prevent electrical leakage, avoid liquid from seeping into the thermostat and ensure that the casing is free of cracks.
