I. Product Overview
The J16S is a flow sensor based on the turbine Hall effect principle, specifically designed for medium- and high-pressure water systems. Its core components are a brass valve body and an internal turbine. Water flow drives the turbine to rotate, and a Hall element senses and outputs a pulse frequency signal proportional to the flow rate. This product features high pressure resistance, a wide flow range, and stable pulse output characteristics, making it suitable for flow measurement and protection in water heaters, boilers, water treatment systems, and various industrial equipment.

IV. Application Areas
- Gas/electric water heaters, wall-hung boilers
- Industrial boiler water circulation monitoring
- Central air conditioning water system
- Water treatment and environmental protection equipment
- Cooling and lubrication systems of general industrial machinery
V. Precautions and Selection Recommendations
- Installation requirements:It is recommended to reserve sufficient straight pipe sections before and after the flow meter to ensure stable water flow and measurement accuracy.
- Media requirements:Suitable for clean water or mildly corrosive liquids, but not suitable for media containing a large amount of impurities or with excessively high viscosity.
- Multifunctional:The valve body is designed with an NTC temperature sensor mounting hole. If water temperature needs to be monitored at the same time, a multifunctional version with a built-in NTC probe can be purchased.
